We require a Credit Score of at least 615, no history of evictions, and no criminal record.

All tenants must pass a screening credit report. We have found that the cheapest and most effective way for tenants to do this is to apply through Zillow.com

All tenants create a free account through Avail allowing them to setup direct withdrawals for rent payment or decide to pay with a credit card.

We typically require a 12 month lease with one month's rent security deposit up front. We are flexible and allow a 6 month lease on a case by case basis with an additional monthly premium.

All units have a NO pet and NO smoking policy unless explicitly stated otherwise.
